VISIT OF THE CEO AND THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE BLACK CELL GROUP
On the 18th October 2022 the Main School of Fire Service hosted dr Donell Harvin. Our guest is a CEO and the General Director of the Black Cell consulting group, which specializes in internal safety and operational intelligence and proliferation of weapons of the mass destruction.
Dr Harvin has over 30 years of experience in the field of public safety, which includes: water rescue, firefighting and medical rescue, public health safety, crisis reaction on hazardus materials and weapons of mass destruction, crisis management, managing of crime places CBNE, internal safety and operational intelligence. As an expert Dr Harvin participated in rescue actions as a response to the following attacts: World Trade Center, shooting in Sandy Hook and function as the main manager for crisis situation in several agencies in New York during actions on a mass scale. Recently he was a Cheif for Internal Safety an operational intelligence at Columbia District government before attack on Capitol USA at 6th Januray 2021.
Our guest is the oldest policy researcher in RAND Corp and alumni of the Georgetown University in the field of Applied Intelligence Emergency and Disaster Management. He is also an expert in the CBRNE area for several organizations including Antiterrorist Department ONZ (UNOCT), CBRNE Interpol, Defense and Internal Safety Center (CHDS), Executive Education Program (EEP), Antiterrorist Readiness Network (CTPN) and Harvard University.
