VISIT OF THE DELEGATION FROM ESTONIA

On the 27th of February the Main School of Fire Service hosted delegates from the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences. Delegation composed with: Kuno Tammearu (Cheif of Service), Tauno Suurkivi (Vice-Cheif of Service), Ketlin Tammsalu (Coordinator of the International Cooperation Department) was welcomed by Rector-Commandant, nadbryg. dr inż. Mariusz Feltynowski, prof. SGSP.

During meeting were discussed topics connected with: international cooperation, students and staff exchanges, firefighters training, scientific-research activities and challenges for 2023 for both Universities.

Delegates had also an opportunity to visits the Rescue and Firefighting Unit of SGSP and get to know all aspects of functioning of the resuce system in Poland.

The visit was organized in cooperation with the National Fire Service Headquarters, which was represented by the Deputy Director of the Office of the Chief st. bryg. mgr inż. Krzysztof Pietrasik, M.Sc.
