SGSP’S PROJECTS AWARDED DURING THAILAND INVENTORS’ DAY 2023 FAIRS & CONFERENCE

 

During fairs combined with an exhibition organized by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) was presented about 800 innovative solutions from almost 30 countries: (https://www.ifia.com/ipitex-2023/).

During event were presented 4 innovative solutions which were a results of scientific works of firefighters and academic workers of SGSP.

One of the presented solutions – Integrated Technological and Information Platform for Wildfire Management (SILVANUS) – was appreciated by the International Federation of Inventor’s Association (IFIA) located in Geneva, by receiving from the IFIA President Alirez a Registar Medal for the Best Solution on IFIA exhibition (IFIA Best Invention Award).

 Fairs organizers granted also European Sensor System for CBRN Applications (EU-Sense) which was awarded with the special prize from the National Research Council of Thailand.

Two of demonstrated projects recevied Gold Medals:

  • European Sensor System for CBRN Applications (EU-SENSE);
  • Integrated Technological and Information Platform for Wildfire Management (SILVANUS).

With Silver Medal:

  • Mobile turbine rescue and firefighting system;
  • Conditions of access to buildings for vehicles of fire protection units, taking into account new technologies for conducting rescue and firefighting operations.

SGSP was represented by dr hab. inż. Michal Szota, prof.uczelni whom was honoured to pick up awards. During fairs presented projects were very popular among visitors and science & research institutions from various countries across the world.

We sincerely would like to congratulate the whole projects team from SGSP for their commitment to the development of scientific and research activities!

National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) The major activities of the NRCT are concerned with the adoption of the national research policy guided by the present need for research as directed by the Government, the promotion of research work in terms of research grants to both government and private sectors, coordination with national/international organizations on research projects, as well as exchange of research information and researchers.
